Managing Partner - Sherzod Utkirkhujaev

Sherzod Utkirkhojaev is the founder and managing partner of White Hill. With over a decade of experience in intellectual property and commercial law, he has built a reputation as one of Uzbekistan’s most forward-thinking legal advisors in brand protection and business compliance.

Sherzod’s career began in 2013. A graduate of Westminster International University in Tashkent and the University of Glasgow, he worked in top-tier firms before launching White Hill. His past work includes advising royalty-backed investors from the UAE, supporting market entry of major digital platforms, and litigating landmark IP disputes involving counterfeit goods, copyright infringement, and domain name hijacking.

He has led legal strategies for international brands in the FMCG, pharmaceutical, IT, and logistics sectors, both in court and before administrative bodies such as Uzbekistan’s Antimonopoly Committee. Sherzod is a licensed trademark attorney and often appears as a speaker and moot court judge in international legal events. His style combines strategic foresight with deep regulatory knowledge and a practical commercial mindset.
